People talked about the work schedule and deliveries more than anything else. A French customer asked, “Where do you ship from?” He was worried about how long the delivery would take. But he was surprised to find our standard 5-7 day shipping worked perfectly for him. Another French customer had ordered from us before. He shared an even better experience: his parts arrived in just four days. He didn’t even know we’re a global company based in China.
These talks showed how important our logistics network is. Our German warehouse got a lot of attention—especially from local visitors. A German customer said a two-week delivery was too slow. It was rewarding to hear from a German competitor that FridayParts is considered “popular” in the market, praised our memorable name, and our user-friendly website. A customer from Spain, discussing his need for both single-item and bulk orders, was happy to arrange a discount that suited his business.

The true highlight of Agritechnica was the people. We met a seasoned farmer from Ireland, over 60 years old, whose deep knowledge and passion for agriculture were inspiring. He took a business card, expressing a clear intent to purchase soon. We connected with a professional buyer for a French company, discussing the needs of a larger operation.
We were super happy to meet our returning customers! A French client who owns his own machinery business told us he’s bought from us many times. He always had a great experience, especially with our fast shipping. We had the chance to introduce him to our PRO membership program. He was really excited to learn more about his future buys.
